Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare for Shipping
Carefully repackage the item in its original wooden crates or protective boxes to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.
Schedule a Collection
For large furniture items, we will coordinate a specialized courier pickup; for smaller decor, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
